Soft stone vessels were a typical grave good in the Wadi Suq Period. This jar is of a common type. It has 4 small knobs, a rounded bottom and a small opening. All jars are incised. This example has a very typical design combining horizontal lines and dot in circle motives in the upper part and oblique lines in the lower part of the vessel.
